At Pjerino, we believe in simplicity and great service — that’s why shipping is 100% free on all orders, worldwide.
All of our items are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partner, Printful.
Processing Time
Once you place an order, it takes 2–5 business days to prepare your item for shipping. Every piece is printed, packed, and shipped with care.

Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer. Pjerino is not liable for any delays or additional charges at customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (EU) or 20 business days (outside EU) from shipment, contact us at info@pjerino.com and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
