Refund policy
Returns
We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For orders delivered within Europe, approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns in the United States
For orders delivered within the United States, returns are reviewed case-by-case. Please contact support@pjerino.com to request a return.
Once the request is reviewed, we will provide the appropriate instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once the return is approved and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
